ABOUT

Irene is an attorney, seasoned entrepreneur and trained mediator.

She became a licensed attorney in 1983 at the age of twenty-three. She worked as a litigator, in solo and law firm environments, and is the former President and COO of a litigation support firm. She served as start up counsel for New Life Serenity Center, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to the support the needs of sober women. She is current counsel for the NEO Chapter of the Ukrainian-American Youth Association.

In her current practice, Rennillo Law, LLC, Irene focuses exclusively on family law and related areas. A self described problem solver, her practice is dedicated to providing focused attention to people navigating both the financial and emotional aspects of divorce. She believes careful strategy, focus on client goals, and personal, confidential attention are paramount. Focused planning, at the outset, leads to amicable resolutions. "Where do you see yourself in two years?" is the start of her inquiry.

She brings her significant business administration and litigation support experience to the needs of her clients. She is the former President and COO of Rennillo Deposition and Discovery, a national litigation support firm. She oversaw the growth of her family business to become the largest litigation support firm in Ohio, serving attorneys throughout the United States. Her firm was acquired by Veritext Solutions, where she continued as a consultant, driving transitional processes and spearheading over Five Million Dollars in revenue growth.
